Diane guided corporate strategy in a first-of-its-kind music streaming partnership and analytics team. Our task was singular—forge new pathways for the growth of Sony Music and its artists in the new streaming landscape.

While working in-house on the Global Digital Business team, Diane led consumer and content insights across a portfolio of music streaming partners (including Spotify, YouTube, Vevo, Google, and Soundcloud). Advising in the areas of consumer behavior, market trends, and revenue generation across Sony Music’s global markets, Diane enabled Sony Music’s executive team to stay ahead of competitor knowledge and maintain first-mover advantage in the incredibly fast-paced world of digital entertainment.

Diane also founded and facilitated “Think Hour,” a monthly innovation workshop for staff ideation around the future of the music industry.
