Growth Strategy, Social Impact Strategy

An equalizing force for opportunity in the film industry, Ghetto Film School was founded in 2000 to educate, develop and celebrate the next generation of great storytellers. Through its boundary-shattering programs, GFS provides creative skills training, mentorship, and career-accelerating access to industry gatekeepers—from major studios and distributors to prestigious writing and directing labs.

Diane facilitated a series of strategy workshops to rediscover GFS’ most essential purpose, unearth areas of unmet needs for the emerging diverse storytellers that GFS serves, and pinpoint concrete avenues for growth—including new offerings for its early career Roster program and an international expansion to London.
